Staff Relocation Instructions

  1. Set a “move date.”
  2. Contact Telecom to schedule the relocation of your phone.
  3. Go to to create a self-help ticket for user services assistance in setting up your computer at the new location.  User Services does not move computers.

Notify Laurie Enderle ( of the change of location for HR file and for notification in the IT Newsletter.

  1. Contact Ross in the Business Office to request boxes, if needed, at X 9252.
  2. For moving large items (file cabinets, etc.), contact Ross to coordinate with Central Stores.
  3. Once your move is complete, and you are finished with the moving boxes please return them to the Business Office so that they can be returned to Central Stores for credit.
